Owner
Robert Kouzmanoff is the Owner of Lithos, LLC, where he supports churches and nonprofit organizations with reliable administrative, financial, and operational services. With a background in government finance and human resources, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Robert brings practical expertise and a strong commitment to accountability and service. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Robert approaches his work with integrity, discipline, and a mission-focused mindset. He started Lithos, LLC after recognizing the need for dependable administrative support within churches and nonprofits; helping leaders stay focused on their purpose while ensuring their operations run smoothly and responsibly.
Kelli Smith

Kelli Smith

Human Resources Manager
Kelli Smith joined Lithos LLC (formerly STS Consulting) in July 2023, bringing a heart for people and a background rooted in service. Before stepping into her role at Lithos, she spent 14 years as a minster, developing strong leadership, communication, and community-building skills. Kelli is a graduate of Texas State University, where she earned her degree in Human Development/Family Studies. Outside of work, Kelli finds her greatest joy in her family: her husband of 16 years and three beautiful daughters. When she is not cheering them on at their sport competitions, you can find her painting or creating new art pieces.
Alison Vasil

Accounts Payable Manager
Hailing from Denver, Colorado, Alison Vasil has over 18 years of experience in church administration and accounting. Alison got her BA in Journalism from Northeastern University in Boston, and has a background in copywriting and marketing. She still uses her free time to write, while not chasing around her toddler or reviving old timey crafts. She excels at puzzles, and is driven by a love of creative problem solving, and finding the answers.
Emily Shannon

Hi, I’m Emily Shannon. I have been working in church administration for the last seven years. In that time, I have received my bookkeeping certification and currently working on Quickbooks Online Certification as well. Prior to going into administration, I was in the full-time ministry for seven years and have background in secondary education in mathematics. I love being able to use my skills and experience to assist non-profit organizations, churches, and businesses to grow, make financially informed decisions, and to lighten their load by taking on the administrative tasks for them. =)

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and am certified in both QuickBooks Online and Intuit Bookkeeping. Over the past three years, I’ve worked as a bookkeeper and account manager, where I’ve enjoyed helping clients stay organized, confident, and informed about their finances. Before stepping into the financial world, I spent fourteen years in full-time ministry, serving in several U.S. cities as well as in Pretoria, South Africa. That experience shaped my passion for serving others, which I later continued as a financial coach with OneEleven Financial Wellness. I also stay actively involved in my community by serving on the board of directors at my local congregation. At home in San Antonio, Texas, I’m married to my husband Jake since 2007 and we have three amazing kids who keep life fun and full.

Morgan has been with the company for two years and works in Human Resources, where she supports clients and helps bring projects to the finish line. She’s known for her organization, reliability, and genuine desire to help people. Before entering HR, Morgan worked as a 3rd grade teacher, and she now lives in Texas with her husband and their two daughters.
